How Sessions Work
Each session is tailored to you and what your body may need support with at the time.
What to expect
Kinesiology sessions are gentle, supportive and focused on helping your body move out of stress and back into balance.
1
We Begin with Conversation
We talk about what has been happening for you physically, emotionally or mentally, and what you would like support with. This helps set the intention for your session.
2
Identifying Stress Patterns
Using Kinesiology techniques and muscle monitoring, we identify areas of stress or imbalance impacting your nervous system, emotions and overall wellbeing.
3
Balancing & Regulation
Gentle techniques are used to release stress and support your body’s natural ability to return to balance. This may include acupressure, grounding, breathing or mindset work.
4
Integration & Reflection
We close the session by checking in, reflecting on what came up and supporting your body to integrate the changes made in the session.
After your session
It’s common to feel lighter, calmer or more clear after a session. Everyone responds differently. Some people feel immediate shifts, while others notice changes over the following days. Drink plenty of water, rest when you need to and be gentle with yourself as your body integrates. If emotions come up, that’s ok, your body is simply clearing and processing.
