What Is kinesiology


Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that helps uncover stress held within the body and supports you in returning to balance emotionally, mentally, physically and energetically.

How Does It Work?


Kinesiology is based on the understanding that the body and nervous system respond to stress in measurable ways.

When we experience ongoing stress, emotional overload, unresolved experiences, physical strain or constant pressure, the nervous system can shift into a prolonged stress response. Over time, this can affect how we think, feel, function and cope day to day.

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle monitoring as a form of biofeedback to identify where the body may be experiencing stress or imbalance.

Different muscles are neurologically connected to different areas of the body, brain pathways and stress responses. Changes in muscle response can provide insight into how the nervous system is adapting to stress at that moment.

Rather than diagnosing or treating conditions, kinesiology aims to identify stress patterns within the body and support the nervous system in returning to a more balanced and regulated state.
